Unfortunately, it is not possible to switch the billing cycle for your Jack subscription midway. If you wish to change your billing cycle, you will need to wait until your current billing cycle ends and then switch when the new cycle begins.

Understanding Billing Cycles

To understand the possibility of switching billing cycles, it's important to first grasp the concept of billing cycles. Jack offers two options for billing cycles: monthly and annual.

Monthly Billing

If you choose monthly billing, your subscription will be billed on a monthly basis. This means that your payment will recur every 30 days from your company subscription activation, and you will be charged accordingly. Many users find this option suitable for shorter-term commitments or when they prefer more flexibility in managing their expenses.

Annually Billing

Opting for annual billing allows you to pay for your Jack subscription on a yearly basis with upfront payment. This payment covers the entire year in advance, providing you with peace of mind and potentially saving you costs in the long run. Users often choose annual billing when they have a stable business operation and want to streamline their financial processes.

Switching Billing Cycles

Unfortunately, it is not possible to switch your billing cycle during an ongoing subscription cycle. This means that if you have an active monthly subscription, you cannot switch to annual billing until your current monthly billing cycle ends. Similarly, if you have an annual subscription, you cannot switch to monthly billing until your current annual billing cycle concludes.

Transitioning to a New Billing Cycle

If you wish to change your billing cycle, follow these steps:

  1. Wait until your current billing cycle comes to an end.
  2. Once your current cycle is complete, you can make the switch to the new billing cycle.
  3. You can request the switch to the account manager dedicated to your company to update your billing cycle preferences.
  4. From the start of the new billing cycle, you will be billed according to the selected billing cycle.
