How to Request Change Password

To ensure the security of your account, Jack provides a simple and secure way to request a password change in Jack Portal or App. Follow the steps below to get started:

1. Open the Jack App on your device or visit the Jack Portal. You will see the login page. To change your password, click the Forgot your password? link.
   
2. Enter the email address associated with your Jack account and click Forgot Password.
   
3. You'll receive an email with further instructions. Open the email, then you can click the Reset Password button to start changing your password, or you can click the link provided in the email.

   You can check your email with the subject: You’ve requested a password reset.

   
   
4. The button or link will navigate you to a new page. Input the new password twice (the latter for confirmation). Then, click the Change Password button.
   
5. Once you've successfully reset your password, you can log in to your Jack account with your new credentials.
