How to Monitor API Transaction

7 Steps to Monitor Your API Transactions in Jack Portal

  1. Access the Jack Portal and log in to your account.

  1. Navigate to the Transaction page from the sidebar. If you have integrated the Jack API, you will see the API Transaction tab, and you can explore the list of API transactions, which provides comprehensive information about each transfer.

  1. Utilize the search functionality to find specific transactions by entering the transaction ID, recipient name, or receiving bank.

  1. Refine your search further by applying filters based on creation date, transaction status, receiving bank.

Regarding transaction statuses, it's important to note that there are differences between the status terms used in the Jack Portal and the statuses returned through the API response. This variation exists due to the standardization of statuses within the Jack Portal. Here is a mapping of the corresponding statuses between the two:

  1. In addition, you can also perform bulk actions in the Jack Portal for efficient transaction management.

Here are two key actions you can take:

  • Submit Transaction: In addition to using the "Confirm Transaction" endpoint, you can also confirm transactions with a "Draft" status directly through the Jack Portal. Simply select the desired transactions and click the "Submit Transaction" button to submit them.

  • Resend Callback: If you haven't received a callback for the most recent state of a transaction, you can request to have the callback resent. Just select the transaction you want to resend the callback for and click the "Resend Callback" button.

  1. Lastly, to manage internal reporting, you have the option to export all API transactions. Simply navigate to the relevant section in the Jack Portal and select the desired date range for your report.

By following these steps, you can effortlessly monitor and track your API transactions, ensuring a streamlined experience and better control over your financial operations.
