Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Payroll Transactions

In Jack’s Payroll, we always want to ensure the timely arrival of your funds to the recipients, following the defined SLA. Jack strives to process your payroll transactions in real time, guaranteeing that your employees receive their salaries without any delay. The edge case, if your Payroll transaction is still “In Progress” or failed after D+1, please contact our Customer Care team.

We understand that unexpected issues can arise, leading to failed payroll transactions. In such cases, we are committed to resolving the situation promptly. If a transaction fails, you can expect a maximum refund processing time of D+3 working days (Monday-Friday). Your refund will be automatically added to your company balance and you can check in the Transactions menu (filter Type = Refund for easier tracking). After that, the Drafter must create the payroll transaction from the beginning again. Ensure the transfer details are correct to avoid the failed transaction again. 

Payroll Transaction Fee

At Jack, we offer different subscription plans and the fees for payroll transactions may vary based on the selected plan. It's important to note that the fee is calculated per row of transaction, not per batch. This means that each individual transaction within a payroll batch will contribute to the total fee. To provide transparency and assist in your decision-making, Releaser will see the transaction fee before disbursing the payment for the payroll request. We also have included a detailed table below that outlines the applicable fees for payroll transactions based on the subscription plans.
