Create Virtual Account in Jack, Receive and Track Payments from Customers Effortlessly

Jack continues to innovate and now introduces the Virtual Account (VA) payment feature as a smart solution for receiving payments from various banks, many customers. No more hassle of manually checking each payment, as every payment is automatically notified to you and recorded in the system. No need to open multiple accounts just to accommodate customers, as you (Business Owner and Admin) can create Virtual Account numbers for 6 banks (BRI, Mandiri, Permata, CIMB, BNI, BTPN) in Jack. And the best thing is.. No more back and forth between multiple platforms to track money in and out. All in, real-time captured inside Jack portal and app now. Monitor cash flow faster without the long and convoluted bookkeeping process.

Pay Your Bills Faster and Right with Automated Tax Calculation

Besides capturing taxes from the invoice, Drafter (when creating a transaction) and Approver (when reviewing) can now easily add taxes or other fees, as well as make any deductions (e.g. discount). We calculate the tax automatically for you to minimize the human error, you just need to input what kind of taxes you would like to add. There are other exciting improvements along with this one:

1. Save Recipient Details for Later

2. New Field in Invoice Details: Items Subtotal. Drafter and Approver are allowed to do modification.

3. Automatic Alert for Duplicate Invoice 

4. Download Receipt in Jack Portal and App

5. Receipt is Automatically Sent to Recipient’s Email once Transaction is Successful

Little Fixes = Big Enhancements

1. All users can export transaction history from Jack now, including Employee. Employees can see and export their own transactions, while other roles can see and export all company transactions.
