How to Allow Receiving Push Notification in Your Mobile Device
Once Jack App has been installed in your mobile phone, you need to check whether your mobile setting has allowed your device to receive any kind of information (e.g. push notification) from Jack App. We advise you to check it early to prevent any missed important information that is sent through communication channels in Jack App. If the setting is still turned off, you can simply turn it on. Afterwards, you are also able to manage your push notification preference in Jack notification settings page, either in Jack Portal or App, regarding what type of information you would prefer to receive using push notification (see this article for further detail).
Although the general process of allowing notifications may be similar, some intricate details may differ from one device brand to another. Thus, we will guide you with simple steps to allow notifications according to your mobile device brand.
iPhone (Apple)
Open the Settings menu on your mobile device.
Click Notifications.
In the Notification Style section, search for Jack Finance application and click it.
Turn the toggle on for the ‘Allow Notifications’ section.

Samsung
Open the Settings menu on your mobile device.
Click Notifications.
On the Recently Sent section, click the See All button.
Search for Jack Finance application and turn on its notification toggle.

Xiaomi
Open the Settings menu on your mobile device.
Click Notification & Control Centre.
Click App Notifications.
Search for Jack Finance application and turn on its notification toggle.
Oppo
Open the Settings menu on your mobile device.
Click Notifications & Status Bar.
Click Manage Notifications.
On the App Notification section, search for Jack Finance application and turn on its notification toggle.
Vivo
Open the Settings menu on your mobile device.
Click Apps & Notifications.
Click Notifications.
On the Recently Sent section, click See All.
Search for Jack Finance application and turn on its notification toggle.
