If you forgot your Jack PIN, don't worry! Follow these simple steps to reset your PIN and continue making transactions or approving transactions.

How to Request Change PIN

If you want to perform a certain task and you forget your PIN, you can request to change your PIN in Jack Portal or App. Follow these simple steps:

In the input PIN modal, you can click Forgot your PIN?
You will be redirected to the confirmation page where our system will send you an email with a link to change your PIN.
You'll receive an email with further instructions. Open the email, then you can click the Set New PIN button to start changing your PIN, or you can click the link provided in the email.

You can check your email with the subject: You’ve requested a PIN reset.
The button or link will navigate you to a new page to input your new PIN and confirm it.
You successfully changed your PIN, and you can try to perform the task again.
