Jack collects, processes, stores, updates, transfers, and protects your personal data based on applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Act No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDP Act) and its implementing regulations.

We are very serious in ensuring the security of your personal data. We always do our best to maintain the confidentiality of your personal data physically, electronically and procedurally to protect your personal data from unauthorized access. We also limit access to your personal data to only our employees who have an interest in knowing that information.

You as a Jack’s user have the right to:

1. Acquire clarity about identity, legal basis, purpose of request and use, and accountability of Jack as a personal data processor;

2. Complete, update, and/or correct errors and/or inaccuracies of personal data residing in Jack's system;

3. Acquire access and obtain copies of personal data in accordance with statutory provisions;

4. End processing, delete, and/or destroy personal data in accordance with the applicable laws;

5. Withdraw the consent of personal data processing that had been given to Jack;

6. Suspend or limit the processing of personal data;

7. Use and transmit your personal data to other parties, as long as the systems used by both parties can communicate with each other safely in accordance with the principles of personal data protection; and

8. Other rights as regulated in the Jack Privacy Policy.

We have the right to refuse your request to access, or to correct, some or all of your information, documents and personal data that we have or control if we have permission or require to refuse your request according to the applicable laws and regulations. We also have the right to retain your personal data in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
