Let’s explore how you can easily find and manage all your Jack Corporate Cards in a single page. We understand that your schedule may be packed, while accessing your Corporate Card information should be quick and convenient. That's why we have developed a powerful capability in both Jack Portal and Jack App that allows you to access your cards list all at once seamlessly, anywhere anytime.

Corporate Card List in Jack Portal

 


To view your Corporate Cards list in the Jack Portal, simply login and navigate to the Corporate Card page. This is your entry point into the world of Corporate Cards. Different role has different capabilities to see the cards list: 

  • Admin, Business Owner, Bookkeepers: You can view all Corporate Cards in your company, both your own cards and all employees’ cards. 

  • Team Manager: You can view your team's Corporate Cards (if you act as Admin or Business Owner, you can also view all Corporate Cards in your company besides your teams’ cards only).

  • Employee: You can see your own Corporate Cards only. This focused view ensures that you can track and manage your individual card(s) with ease and efficiency.


Here's what you can expect to find in the Corporate Card page:

For Admin and Business Owner: Besides having the ability to view all Corporate Cards list, you have special access to additional features such as the ability to create new cards, manage credit payment, view statements, manage limit allocations, and see chart expense graph. These amazing features are accessible in Jack Portal only.

  1. New Card: You have the ability to create new cards for you or your employees.

  2. Credit Payment: This option appears only when you have unpaid bills and initiates the billing payment process. It appears following the billing cycle every 26th, read more here.

  3. Auto Payment: Automate monthly bill payments for Corporate Cards by enabling Auto Payment. This feature deducts the bill amount from the company balance on the set date, ensuring payments are timely and consistent, preventing service interruptions. Read more here

  4. Statement: The Statement page provides a comprehensive record of all your card transactions, either in Company level or Individual levelTake a deeper understanding of this in this article.

  5. Limit Allocation: This feature allows you to monitor current monthly limit allocation for each card type (in a graph) as well as set and manage spending limits for each card. This feature enables you to evaluate card usage effortlessly and make informed decisions to optimize your company's financial management.

  6. Card Expense: This powerful graph helps you identify how your expenses evolve over time, empowering you to make informed financial decisions. The total card spend is equipped with intuitive filters that allow you to view your expenses based on your preferred time periods - this card cycle, yearly, quarterly, monthly, or even a custom date range. This graph is available inside the Corporate Card page in Jack Portal.


For Employees and Bookkeeper: If you're in one of these roles, you can not see the above features, but you have access to these key features:


  1. Credit Cards: Check out all the credit cards issued under your purview.

Here, you'll find every Virtual and Physical Credit Card listed with real-time updates. Different roles have different capabilities to what extent they can see the information inside this, as explained above. Within the list of cards, you can effortlessly view each card information (in brief) and instantly grasp the used limit and available spend associated with each card. For easier tracking, you can use the Search Bar and Filter function inside it. Stay in control of your expenses with ease.   1. Prepaid Cards: Assess every Prepaid card issued under your supervision.

    Switching to this tab, you'll see a list of Prepaid Cards, along with their 'Status' indicating the operational state of each card. The 'Available to Spend' is also clearly displayed, giving you instant insight into the remaining balance on each Prepaid Card. This helps in managing funds across different cards and ensuring that resources are allocated where they're needed most. Our Prepaid Card comes with powerful capability to ease your company’s payments. Business Owner and Admin can easily top up, move, or return balance in all company’s Prepaid Cards, while Employee and Bookkeeper can do these to their own card, with an additional layer of approval workflow before getting approved.   2. Archived CardsCheck out all the cards that have been archived/removed.

    Sometimes, you may want to declutter your card list and focus only on active cards. Archived cards provide a solution by allowing you to view cards that are no longer relevant or have been permanently blocked/rejected. This way, you can maintain clarity and concentrate on managing the cards that matter most. To clean up your space, you can Delete the archived cards by clicking the trash bin icon at the end of each row.

  3. Search & Filter: This feature allows you to easier track the cards or transactions you're looking for. You can filter based on Card Type and Card Status. 

  1. Card Type: Physical, Virtual, and Prepaid Cards

  2. Card Status:

    1. Active: These are your fully functional cards, approved and ready for transactions.

    2. Not Active: Specific to Physical Cards, this status indicates a card that's delivered but not yet activated.

    3. Temporary Blocked: A temporarily blocked card has been suspended due to security concerns or the cardholder's request. You can reactivate it later on.

    4. Permanently Blocked: These cards are blocked forever, typically due to expiration or significant security issues. You can not reactivate it again. 

    5. Suspended: A suspended card is deactivated temporarily, often due to non-payment of dues or policy violations.

    6. On Request: This status applies to requested cards that are pending approval or awaiting Physical Card delivery.

    7. Rejected: those that turned down during the approval process, usually due to policy non-compliance.

    8. Pending: A pending card has been assigned to an email that's not yet registered, and activation awaits email confirmation.

Corporate Card List in Jack App 

Viewing your cards list in the Jack App is as simple as tapping the See All button from the Home menu. Voila, your cards list appears! Different role has different capabilities to see the cards list: 

  • Admin, Business Owner, Bookkeepers: You can view all Corporate Cards in your company, both your own cards and all employees’ cards. The list is divided into: All Cards and My Cards.

  • Team Manager: You can view your team's Corporate Cards (if you act as Admin or Business Owner, you can also view all Corporate Cards in your company besides your teams’ cards only).

  • Employee: You can see your own Corporate Cards only. My Cards tab is the only tab that will be shown. This focused view ensures that you can track and manage your individual card(s) with ease and efficiency.


The information appearing in the Card List page in Jack App is much simpler, but contains the critical information that you can grasp easily within seconds. To see card information in detail, you can click cards you would like to see. Read more here.


Same as seeing a list of cards in Jack Portal, you can also see all archived cards by clicking the Archive button at the top right of the page. This page contains cards that are no longer relevant or have been permanently blocked/rejected. You can Delete the cards that are no longer needed.
