Please note that only users with the role of Business Owner, Admin, and/or Bookkeeper have the authority to top up the company balance. Other roles or user accounts without the appropriate privileges may not have access to this feature. If you require a top-up for your company balance, kindly reach out to the designated roles within your organization to initiate the process.


How to Top Up Company Balance in Jack Portal


Top Up Company Balance with Virtual Account in Jack Portal

Topping up your company balance using a Virtual Account offers a convenient and efficient method for your business. This is how it works:.

  1. Log in to Jack Portal and navigate to the Dashboard menu. Click the Top Up button below the company balance amount.

  1. Choose how you would like to top up your company balance. In the Virtual Account section, select your preferred Bank Virtual Account.

  1. Copy the Virtual Account number and follow the payment instruction to complete the payment in your bank platform. Minimum amount for top up is IDR10.000 (read more here).


To avoid the mistake of inputting the Virtual Account number incorrectly, it is recommended to copy and paste the Virtual Account details directly from Jack to your bank platform. This helps prevent any typographical errors and ensures the funds are transferred to the correct destination.


  1. Congratulations, you have completed top up to your company balance! Your balance in Jack Portal will be updated in seconds. 


Take note of the transaction reference number or confirmation provided by your bank. Save a screenshot of the confirmation page as proof of the transaction in case you are facing a problem with your top up.


  1. Right now, we do not provide top up transaction history using Virtual Account. However, if your balance has not been updated after 10 minutes after top-up, each out to our dedicated Account Manager. We will help you investigate the transaction and resolve it promptly.


Top Up Company Balance with Bank Transfer in Jack Portal

As a business user, topping up your company balance through Bank Transfer is a convenient and secure method. Below we provide you with a step-by-step guide on how to top up with Bank Transfer, ensuring accuracy and avoiding common pitfalls, such as inputting the wrong unique amount.

  1. Log in to Jack Portal and navigate to the Dashboard menu. Click the Top Up button below the company balance amount.

  1. Choose how you would like to top up your company balance. In the Select Payment Method, choose Bank Transfer. We currently have the option to transfer using BCA.

  1. Enter the amount that you want to top up. Minimum amount for top up is IDR10.000 (read more here). Then, click Continue.

  1. Copy the Account Number, the Total Payment, then follow the payment instructions to complete your top up in your bank account.

One crucial step is ensuring that you input the exact amount to the very last digit mentioned in the ‘Total Payment’. The last three digits is a unique amount that helps the system match and identify your transaction. Failure to provide the correct amount will result in delays or failed top up.

Top Up Company Balance while Releasing Your Payment

Good news is, when you want to release payment for a certain transaction request and you find your company balance is insufficient, you can top up your company balance directly during the release process. This is part of the Approval process by Releaser. Here’s how:

  1. Inside the transaction details page where you have to Approve & Pay the transaction, if you find the balance is insufficient, click on the Top up button beside the company balance amount. You obviously have to top up first in order to pay and release the money.

  1. Select payment method afterwards. If you wish to top up your company balance with Virtual Account, follow the steps here. If you choose the Bank Transfer method, follow the steps here.

  1. After your top up is successful and money is added to your company balance, you can go back to the transaction details page where you have to Approve & Pay the transaction. You can see that the Approve & Pay button can be clicked now because the balance is sufficient. Go release your payment now! 


Monitor Top Up Transaction Details

As a business user, staying updated on the status of your transactions is vital for effective financial management. Below we provide step-by-step instructions on how to monitor your top up transaction details conveniently in Jack Portal and Jack App


Monitor Top Up Transaction in Jack Portal

  1. Log in to Jack Portal and navigate to the Dashboard menu.

  2. Scroll down until you find the Recent Transactions sectionspecifically below the statistic of your company spending. In the My Transaction tab, identify transactions with the name of ‘Top up main balance’. Click on it to see the transaction details.


Only top up with the Bank Transfer method which will be recorded in the transaction history. 


  1. Understanding Transaction Status
    The transaction status will be dynamic, depending on the stage of the process. Possible top up transaction status:

    1. Success: Your top up activity has successfully completed and reflected in your company balance.

    2. In Progress: Your top up for company balance is being processed. Nothing to do from your side.

    3. Failed: Your top up for company balance is failed. Your money is safely backed to your bank account in real-time. 


Based on the transaction status, determine whether any action is required from your end. In case the transaction status shows “Failed”, review the details and consider initiating the top up again or contacting Jack dedicated support team for assistance.


Another way to find transaction details of your top up activity is from the Transactions menu. Use filter by Type = Top up for easier tracking.

  1. In the Transactions menu, you will be able to see your transaction history. Locate your previous top up transactions named ‘Top up main balance’Use filter by Type = Top up for easier tracking.


Only top up with the Bank Transfer method which will be recorded in the transaction history. 


  1. Click on it to see the details on your company balance top up.
