Legal Relationship Between Jack and its Users
Service Agreement and Privacy Policy
The relationship between Jack and its users constitutes a legal relationship based on agreements. Jack creates a Service Agreement that governs the general requirement of service utilization, how to use the service, safety procedures, limitation of liability and indemnity to users, representation and guarantee, and other legal provisions that form a legal ground and framework of Jack’s services utilization. Service Agreement of Jack constitutes the main agreement which underlies the legal relationship between Jack and users.
In addition, Jack creates a Privacy Policy that captures Jack’s commitment in keeping the confidentiality of information and data of service users, including Personal Data of the personnel of service users.
Service Agreement and Privacy Policy created by Jack are binding to users. Users are obligated to read and agree to the Service Agreement and Privacy Policy prior to registration on Jack platform. By agreeing to Jack’s Service Agreement and Privacy Policy, users have bind themselves to the provisions governed thereunder, and accordingly the Service Agreement and Privacy Policy apply as binding and valid agreement between Jack and users.
Terms and Conditions of Services
Jack provides payment and service and other payment-related products, each of which are governed specifically in the Terms and Conditions of Services. Users will find more detailed and technical provisions related to each product of Jack in the Terms and Conditions of Services, such as provisions regarding how to create a transaction and the procedures, what if any transaction failure occurs, refund, and other obligations of users in utilizing the product and service. Terms and Conditions of Jack shall not stand alone, and shall be deemed to be part of and shall be read together with Service Agreement. Terms and Conditions of Services can be accessed in Jack application and portal (inside Account menu) by users after registration on Jack platform and users are considered eligible to utilize the services.
