Company bank account is the account used for company balance withdrawal. Only Business Owners who can find this information inside Jack Portal in the Settings menu → Bank Accounts.
Jack prioritizes security and accuracy of your company’s bank account information. If you wish to change or update your company bank account information, such as bank account name or number, we have a streamlined process in place to ensure a secure withdrawal process. Simply reach out to our dedicated Account Manager, who will assist you in updating your company’s bank account. By doing so, Jack ensures that all future withdrawals are processed accurately and securely to the new bank account. After you have reached out to our dedicated Account Manager, your bank account information will be updated shortly, and you can check it again in your Jack Portal on a regular basis.
