How Do I Check My Corporate Card Details?

Managing your Corporate Card is now easier than ever with our intuitive card details feature. You can find out how you can check the Corporate Card details as well as important attributes inside it in this article. Let’s dive in!

Where Can I Check the Card Details?

Business Owners, Admins, and Bookkeepers can check card details for all cards in their company, while Employees can only check card details for their owned cards.


Check Card Details in Jack Portal

To access your card details in Jack Portal, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Jack Portal and click the Corporate Card menu at the menu bar. Inside either the Credit or Prepaid tab, a table will display all the cards assigned to you or your team, categorized based on whether they are credit or prepaid. Several important information about the card is presented in the table, However, if you wish to see more details, click the card that you wish to see.
     

*This page shows the layout for the Business Owner or Admin role. The Corporate Card page will have a slightly different layout between roles. Figure out the differences here.

  1. The card details will instantly open up before your eyes. You can check card information in detail as well as doing action with your card.


Check Card Details in Jack App

To access your card details in Jack App, follow these steps:

  1. Start from Home Page
    Open your Jack App. in the Home, locate the See All button inside My Cards section. Tap it to see all your cards and/or team cards information.

  1. Select Your Corporate Card
    You can see all your owned cards in the 
    My Cards tab and all cards in the company in the All Cards tab (this is accessible only for Business Owner, Admin, and Bookkeeper). Several important information about the card is presented in the table, However, if you wish to see more details, click the card that you wish to see. 

  1. Access Card Information
    The card details will instantly open up before your eyes. You can check card information in detail as well as doing action with your card.
     Simple and convenient!


Must-know Information Inside Card Details

Now that you've accessed the card details, let's explore the wealth of information available to you. Regardless of whether you have a Virtual, Prepaid, or Physical Card, the card details we provide remain consistent. Let's take a closer look at the essential information available to you:


CVV, Card Number, and Expiry Dates

These three pieces of information serve as the credentials for your card that can be seen only by the Cardholder. They are the key to making secure transactions, so it's crucial to keep them in a safe and confidential place. As a responsible Cardholder, it's important not to share these details with anyone.

How can you access these details? It's as simple as hovering your pointer over the card, clicking and entering PIN to reveal them!


Card Information

This section contains important details such as the Card name, Card type, Card description, and any other details that were specified during the issuance process. If you need to make any adjustments or updates this information, we've got you covered! Learn the editing process here.


Spending Cycle and Limits

Gain a comprehensive understanding of your spending habits by monitoring your card's usage. View the specific card limit that has already been used, the remaining limit available for spend, and your total monthly card limit. This feature allows you to effortlessly track and manage expenses within your company, providing you with valuable insights for budget planning. You can adjust your limit following the steps here. Please remember that Prepaid Cards do not work like Credit Cards, hence you can not see any information about limit in this section.


Transaction History

Keep an eye on all your card activities inside the Transactions feature. Access a clear and concise overview of all the transactions made using your card. This includes detailed information such as transaction amounts, date, and merchant details. Learn more about transaction details hereBeing able to review your transaction history ensures transparency and helps you reconcile expenses effectively.


Taking Action with Your Card

Depending on whether you have a Virtual, Prepaid, or Physical Card, you have different options available to tailor your card experience according to your needs.

Virtual Card and Prepaid Card Actions

Business Owners and Admins can do these actions to all cards in their company, while Employees and Bookkeepers can only do these actions to their assigned card(s).

  1. Temporary Block and Permanent Block

Maintain control over your Virtual Card's security by temporarily or permanently blocking it as required. This feature offers peace of mind in situations where you may suspect unauthorized activity or simply want to exercise an extra layer of caution. Learn the difference between them and how-to do it properly here.

  1. Edit Card Information

Personalize your Virtual Card by modifying the card nickname and description real-time. This allows you to assign names or labels that are meaningful to you or your business, making it easier to identify and manage multiple cards effortlessly.

  1. Adjust Limit

Jack Virtual Cards come with the flexibility to adjust spending limits based on your unique needs, empowering you to customize your card's capabilities.   1. Remove Card

You can only remove a card from your card table to maintain a tidy layout once you've permanently blocked the card or the card is getting rejected. After the card is removed, it will be stored in the Archive Tab inside the Corporate Card menu.

  1. Top Up Card Balance


This action is applicable for Prepaid Cards only because using the card for any online transactions requires you to top up any balance amount to it. Topping up your card is a breeze, using these two (2) methods: 

  1. Direct Transfers using Virtual Accounts: A straightforward method of adding balance. You can easily choose your preferred Bank Virtual Account from these 5 banks: BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Permata.
  2. Requesting Funds from the Company Balance: A newer, efficient approach where you can ask for the permission of your company to move balance from company balance to your cards. This method is indeed preferable, as the enhancement offers a multitude of benefits.

        6. Balance Movement

This action is applicable for Prepaid Cards only. After you've used up your Prepaid Card balance, you can choose to either return the balance to the company or transfer it to another card. Your funds can be moved effortlessly! Here's what our system offers:

  1. Return Back to the Company: A feature that lets you return unused funds back to the company balance.

  2. Transfer between Cards: Facilitating inter-departmental or inter-employee transfers for optimum resource allocation.

Physical Card Actions

Business Owners and Admins can do these actions to all cards in their company (except changing PIN), while Employees and Bookkeepers can only do these actions to their assigned card(s).

  1. Change PIN

Enhance the security of your Physical Card by changing the Personal Identification Number (PIN) associated with it. This simple yet effective measure ensures that only you have access to your card and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized usage. This action can only be done by the Cardholder.

  1. Edit Description

Customize the description of your Physical Card to make it easily recognizable. By personalizing the card's description, you can add relevant details or notes that help you identify its purpose or usage. This feature simplifies card management, particularly when you have multiple physical cards for different purposes.

  1. Request New Limit

If your spending needs evolve over time, you have the option to request a new limit for your Physical Card. Our flexible approach allows you to adapt your card's capabilities to align with your changing requirements, ensuring you always have the financial freedom you need.

  1. Replace Card

Accidents happen, and cards can get lost, damaged, or misplaced. In such situations, you can request a replacement for your Physical Card in 14 working days. Our efficient process ensures minimal disruption, allowing you to continue using your card seamlessly.

  1. Temporary or Permanent Block

Similar to Virtual Cards, Physical Cards offer the convenience of temporarily or permanently blocking the card if needed. Whether it's due to security concerns or a temporary suspension of card usage, this feature ensures you have full control over your card's accessibility.   1. Remove Card

Same as with Virtual Card, you can only remove a card from your card table to maintain a tidy layout once you've permanently blocked the card or the card is getting rejected. After the card is removed, it will be stored in the Archive Tab inside the Corporate Card menu.
